THE Hidden Mystery
What’s the Hidden Mystery Behind Creative People?
There’s no off-switch on our brains! Animator, Author, Creative Director, and Illustrator. Some may think we spread ourselves too thin! I believe that all mediums complement each other. A great animated film may incorporate 2-D, 3-D, cel animation, and motion graphics. A great commercial may entertain and inspire us. I’m a huge fan of innovative and ingenious ideas and enjoy incorporating humor, joy, movement, color, and design. I appreciate collaboration and teamwork – there are so many creative people in our fields & learning and sharing ideas makes a project great! Please check out my work below.
“If you chase after goals, but forget your heart, you’ll be doing it for someone else.” ― Acura “Goals are dreams with deadlines.” ― Diana Scharf
I have a BA degree in Communications (Television & Radio), completed the Features Program at iAnimate.net & two Video Editing Programs.
My goal is to work in Advertising & Public Relations or Animation.
I’ve included my concepts for Pepsi-Seinfelden, Cheetos-Kevin Hart (just for families), and Aquafina-Liam Neeson Commercials.
I’ve created and trademarked “Bartholomule” The Animated Series, and am completing my pitch bible for the series.
I’m the co-author, creative director, and illustrator (beginning with Archaeology Book Five, “Cleopatra Cat”) of over 50 children’s picture books encouraging parents to read to prenatal babies and beyond, along with a workbook series, “The Mystery Hunters,” for ages 8-13. While working in all mediums, I’m cognizant that children hear and see almost everything. It’s important to create appropriate content in everything we do!
“Logic will take you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere.”
–Albert Einstein
“You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.”
–Maya Angelou
With special eBook & softcover books purchased in our “Womb to Bloom to Classroom” Series, the reader will discover a link at the back of the book to download a BONUS reading for their mobile devices when they join our Newsletter Family. We enlisted voice talent from around the world to narrate the Animated Readings for children to hear these beautiful accents and inflections. While we believe it’s vital for families and teachers to read these books to children, hearing these accents is another wonderful learning experience for the child. (Check out one of our Animated Readings – “The Golden Spiral.”)
“Reading should not be presented to children as a chore or duty. It should be offered to them as a precious gift.” — Kate DiCamillo
“To learn to read is to light a fire; every syllable that is spelled out is a spark.” – Victor Hugo
We’ve completed writing the books, and our illustrator will continue his work to complete the books in the next few years. You can view a few of these books at SmarterBrighterKids.com. We’ll begin marketing these books in 2023.
When I was very young, I purchased a book at an antique bookstore in Rochester, NY.
Several years later, I envisioned the book as an animated film. I located the owner of the copyright (a friend of the late author), and she permitted me to write the screenplay, inspired by,
“The Carpet of Solomon,” A Hebrew Legend.
The original out-of-print book is only 40 pages. While challenging, I wrote a 100-page screenplay, adding several new scenes.
I later decided to rewrite the screenplay from Solomon’s son’s perspective to appeal to a younger audience.
